A Bathing Ape ladies line has been doing their thing for quite a while now. They have become a very known line outside of A Bathing Ape and have been giving the ladies something to look forward too. They bought a more feminine look to the table rather than the more masculine look we usually get from Bathing Ape. The collection looks very refreshing and a bit different that’s what make’s this collection so dope. Fall Fashion Fail: Slave Earrings?
The damage is already done but last month the Italian edition of fashion magazine superpower Vogue published the “Slave Earrings.” The tag line read “If the name brings to the mind the decorative traditions of the women of colour who were brought to the southern United States during the slave trade, the latest interpretation is pure freedom.” Not sure if fashion was a point of interest for black women during slavery but check out the full story after the jump. @DjJuanyto x @ShottaDru
