In the just-filed documents, Sherlita states the 11-year marriage is “irretrievably broken,” and is requesting sole custody of their 12-year-old child. (Their other child is an adult at 18-years-old.) She is also seeking child support, spousal support, a split of the marital assets and attorney’s fees. Man, I wonder what could have happened!
