Professional mixed martial arts is attempting another comeback in New York.  The state Senate voted 43-14 Wednesday to again approve legislation to make New York the 46th state to legalize and regulate the sport, though opposition remains in the Assembly.

Lawsuit Filed To Keep Condoms In Porn Choice Off Of Voter Ballots
A lawsuit has been filled in L.A. to keep condoms in porn from being voted on. The June 2012 ballot in L.A. will be featuring a option to vote yes or no to forcing porn stars to wear condoms. The attorney general’s office is saying that the decision should not be one made by the people especially since wearing condoms in porn is on it’s way to becoming a state law.
