Rihanna has won the Grammy for her latest piece; hit the jump for more!
Rihanna continued to embark on the Diamonds World Tour in Johannesburg, South Africa. Performing at the FNB Stadium was not the only location the, Unapologetic songstress made her way to. Why not visit the Johannesburg Zoo – you’re in Johannesburg! Hit the jump and check it out as RiRi sticks her tongue out at a giraffe, holds a lion cub, and poses next to a swift cheetah.
A big congratulations to Rihanna for her latest album, Unapologetic, going platinum! This accomplishment makes six out of her seven albums to reach platinum status! The only one of Rih’s albums that didn’t make the platinum mark was her very first one, Music of the Sun, which went Gold. The album has had four successful singles in it’s 27-week run on the charts, but I’m sure her next single will be a smash as well! Congratulations, Rihanna!
So far, “Diamonds” and “Stay” off of Unapologetic, have been a major success for Rihanna, while “Pour It Up” is slowly working its way up the charts as well (and FINALLY getting a video…). Now Rih has announced what will be the fourth single off of the project, revealing the artwork for the David Guetta-produced “Right Now.” What other tracks off the album would you like Rihanna to make a single?
Today is a day of lost verses. First, 2 Chainz’ lost verse for Rihanna’s “Pour It Up (Remix)” turns up. Now, Wiz’ lost verse for Future’s “Karate Chop (Remix)” is discovered; it’s ironic how this lost verse is found and an original verse on the remix was purposely lost to never be heard again since it was overly offensive. In any case, Metro Boomin is to thank for supplying listeners with Khalifa’s lost verse, and it can be listened to below.
