Everyone already is well aware of how huge it was for the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the NBA championship last season, as Lebron helped bring a major pro sports title to the city for the first time in more than 50 years. Former Cleveland Cavaliers coach David Blatt was offered a championship ring from the team and “graciously” accepted. Tyronn Lue, who replaced Blatt midway through last season as Cavs coach, said “that’s the first thing I said when we won, that we need to get coach Blatt a ring.”
