However, for 26-year-old Devin Allen, he knows exactly what is happening; as it is playing out in front of his eyes. Allen, a Baltimore resident was able to photograph a black man running away from an army of law enforcement officers; dressed in all armor. This image made the cover of TIME magazine’s latest issue. The title, America, 1968; 1968 crossed out and replace with 2015. “What Has Changed. What Hasn’t,” being the byline, has sparked a slew of emotions.

Kanye West has been on a roll and now people can’t stop talking about him after his amazing Time 100 Gala performance. After covering Time 100 Most Influential People he was invited to perform at the Gala honoring the annual list of the 100 most influential people in the entire world. After a Tim McGraw performance the show started off with Mr. West walking on stage with James Brown’s “Its a Man’s Man’s Man’s World” playing. Showered in an aura of orange-yellowish light Ye’ proceeded to perform one of his newest tracks “All Day”. Surrounded by African American males covered in white chalk Kanye then performed 3 tracks from his most recent album “Yeezus” “Black Skinhead”, “New Slaves”, and “Blood on the Leaves”. Kanye West Covers TIME Magazine As One Of ‘The Top 100 Most Influential People’
It is time for TIME magazine’s annual 100 issue to hit the stands. In this issue, editors have searched and found The Top 100 Most Influential People “who could speak to their subject’s influence in all its dimensions,” said Editor Nancy Gibbs. “Every year we hope the TIME 100 will introduce you to influential people you might not have met before and encourage you to find out more about them,” she adds. However, this ONE specific guy we all know – if you do not, you are clearly related to Rip Van Winkle. Mr. Kanye West.
