Biggie & Faith Evans’ Collab Album Is Dropping In February
Faith Evans has been teasing a duet album with her late husband, Biggie Smalls, for some time now, and it’s finally about to drop. Speaking on a panel today, Faith revealed that The King & I is set for a release around Valentine’s Day! “It’s a really special project. It’s coming together so amazingly,” Faith said. “I have a few friends on the album.” She also revealed that the first single will feature her, Big and Jadakiss. Check out the video below.
Biggie’s Daughter T’yanna Wallace Calls Out Diddy, Then Says They Cleared It Up
T’yanna Wallace is not pleased with her late father’s former friend and business partner. Taking to Twitter earlier this morning, the Biggie Smalls heiress aired out her grievances with Diddy, after he apparently did not provide her with a ticket or any information about the Bad Boy reunion concert that he’s throwing on the eve of what would have been her father’s 44th birthday. “This bad boy concert is for my dad’s bday but I got NOT ONE TICKET. just wanna point that out,” T’yanna tweeted. “Haven’t spoken to puff in years, I guess that’s why I didn’t get a ticket to the concert. Puff does nothing for my family. Tired of lying for his lame ass!”
Drake Just Tied With Biggie For Most Number One Single Debuts On Billboard
Drake can’t stop collecting W’s. For his latest, the Toronto ambassador has just joined the history books, tying with the legendary Biggie Smalls as the only artists in the history of Billboard to have more than one song enter at number one in its first week. This happened this past week, as “Work” with Rihanna was sitting at the top spot on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, and was then replaced by his new single, “Summer Sixteen.” For Big, this happened in June 1995 with “One More Chance” and “Hypnotize.” Go Drizzy!
