Justin Bieber is under fire for his latest spitting pictures, as he was standing over a bunch of fans when he did it, but his camp is now saying that pics were Photoshopped by TMZ. The issue is, though, the story doesn’t really seem to match up with the evidence. “Justin didn’t spit on anyone. No fans were below the balcony. TMZ superimposed photos of the fans next to Justin on a completely different balcony to make it appear like he was spitting on fans when he wasn’t,” his rep said in a statement. “In fact, earlier in the day, Justin bought his fans hot chocolate and played them some of his new music. Justin loves his fans.” But yet, there definitely were fans below the balcony…as Justin even posted a photo of them on his OWN Instagram page! (Check it out in the gallery.) TMZ also says the photos were shot by a reputable photo agency, and they’re not that good at Photoshop. LOL! Who do you believe?
Oh No! Sheriff To Recommend Prosecution For Justin Bieber Spitting Case!
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. wants Justin Bieber PROSECUTED for spitting on his neighbor recently, and they’re going to do what it takes to make it happen. Sheriff’s investigators will refer the case to the L.A. County District Attorney for review after the investigation is completed, and the Dept. will recommend that criminal battery charges be filed against him. He certainly doesn’t need that! The people in the Sheriff’s Dept. also believe Justin needs “professional help” to manage his anger and behavior. So, it’s likely he’ll at least get some sort of rehab or something. He really needs to get his life together!
Justin Bieber’s Spitting Crime To Be Taken “Seriously” By D.A.
I would say it’s not looking good for the Biebs, but I highly doubt anything is going to come of this. After a neighbor’s claims of Justin spitting on him, the L.A. County D.A.’s Office plans to really look into the case and take it “very seriously.” However, they’ve vowed the same over people like Lindsay Lohan and take a look at her. Either way, prosecutors say that spitting issue is considered an extremely aggressive and “disgusting act,” and that it poses potentially serious health concerns, so they’re going to do their best for justice. The “victim” wants Justin prosecuted and will fully cooperate with authorities. Let’s see what goes down!

Sources are saying the defensive lineman Darnell Dockett literally spit in the face of safety Kerry Rhodes. Rhodes has tried his best to take the high road and deny that Dockett did that to him, however judging by the size of the fine the Cardinals are about to drop on Dockett, it is very clear something happened between the players.
