Big K.R.I.T. has been relatively quiet since the release of his debut album in 2012, but the southern rapper is back and ready to work. Today he revealed the name of his sophomore album on Twitter, and over the weekend, spoke to HipHopSince1987 on the red carpet at the 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards and revealed some details on the project. J. Cole Pushes Sophomore Album Back
We haven’t seen or heard too much from J. Cole the past few months, though we did get a new album announcement and its first single, Miss America. Originally slated for a January 28th release date, J. Cole revealed on NYE that Born Sinner has been pushed back. J. Cole Announces New Album….& It’s Coming Pretty Damn Soon!
J. Cole did quite well for himself when he dropped his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story in September 2011, but he’s been pretty mum on the music front since then. Mac Miller Announces Sophomore Album Title
Mac Miller is working on his sophomore album and took to his Twitter account earlier in the day to announce what he plans on naming it. It’s definitely an interesting title to say the least! Mac announced that we can expect his EP, Pink Slime, sometime before the end of the year and the sophomore album next year and that he is doing a lot of production work on the forthcoming album.
