Sports: Gold Medalist Michael Phelps Pleads Guilty To DUI, Sentened To 18 Months Probation
Olympic hero Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian in U.S. history plead guilty to drunken driving in Baltimore almost three months after he was arrested. For agreeing to the plea deal he avoided jail time and was instead sentenced to 18 months of probation. The 18-time gold medalist was arrested on Sept. 30. Documents show that the 29-year-old Phelps was leaving the Horseshoe Casino in downtown Baltimore when he was pulled over for speeding and crossing the double yellow line while driving in a tunnel. Police say Phelps registered a .14 percent on a blood-alcohol test. The legal limit to drive is .08 percent in Maryland. Phelps was arrested for the same thing back in 2004 as well. Hopefully he learned his lesson.

On The Up-&-Up: Judge Offers Chris Brown Praise For Drug Test’s Negative Results
The Los Angeles probation committee seems to think that Chris Brown is handling things the way he is suppose to be. The positive message was passed on to the judge and due to the good probation report, offered Chris some kudos. Since his release from jail, all of the “Loyal” singer’s drug tests have shown a negative result. Lucky! Justin Bieber Cops CRAZY Plea Deal For Miami DUI Charge
Justin Bieber always seems to luck out. The 20-year-old entertainer copped a crazy plea deal for his DUI charge that he caught while in Miami. The prosecutor allowed the Biebz to plead guilty to careless driving and resisting an officer without violence. Along with that, he’s also court mandated to complete a 12-hour anger management course along with a $50,000 charitable donation (he’s rich, that’s slight work for him.) He lucked out because the cop apparently lied in the police report when he witnessed Justin drag racing and said he “smelled like alcohol” when he hadn’t been drinking at all. This is already Bieber’s second plea deal that he accepted. Must be nice to be rich and famous, eh?
