After spending the latter part of 2015 behind bars and finally being released earlier this year, Migos rapper Offset is locked up again…and this is the second time this month. In the early hours of this morning, Offset got pulled over in GA and cops found weed, so he was locked up for marijuana possession, obstruction of justice and driving on a suspended license. No word on what caused them to actually pull him over, as last time it was his tinted windows – which I’d hope he’s gotten fixed by now. He was also booked on the license issue last time, so perhaps it was never corrected in the system? Could he be that dumb to have just never fixed it? I guess we’ll know soon enough…
How sick would you be if you had to spend the night in jail knowing you were wrongfully arrested? Apparently Migos’ Offset was arrested by accident. Yesterday we reported that he was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Well that is not exactly what happened. Check out the rest of the story after the jump.
Migos group member Offset has reportedly been arrested again for driving with a suspended license. He was pulled over outside of a sushi restaurant. His attorney, Drew Findling, says the rapper thought that his $316 fine was paid off after he got out of jail in December.

Back in April, Atlanta rap trio Migos found themselves behind bars after being arrested prior to a performance at Georgia Southern University. Police searched their vehicles and found marijuana, lean, and firearms. Later that month two of the three rappers, Quavo and Takeoff, were released on bond, however, Offset was held and additionally charged with battery and inciting a riot for an incident that happened while he was inside the jail. Offset was finally released on December 4th, after he agreed to plead guilty for creating a riot in a penal institution in exchange for all other charges to be dropped. In his first interview since being release, Offset said, “If I didn’t take the plea, then it wouldn’t be handled and I would be sitting in jail right now.” He also revealed to WSBTV on in accordance with the plea he was sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and is banned from four counties in Georgia.
