Not only has the original-series Breaking Bad got the whole world obsessed with Walt, Jesse, and their meth-cooking ways, but even Saturday Night Live has joined in on the fun. On last night’s SNL show, Breaking Bad‘s Jesse Pinkman linked up with President Obama to explain how without Obamacare, people are forced into selling meth to pay for cancer treatment (sound familiar?) Part Of Obamacare Cut Due To Lack Of Funds
One of the earliest stipulations of Obamacare has been axed due to a lack of funding. In my opinion, the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan is one of the most important aspects of Obamacare and sadly it’s being cut off. The PCIP is an insurance program that ensures that people with pre-exisiting conditions such as cancer, heart issues, etc. cannot get turned down by insurance companies. PCIP has served more than 135,000 but it will be running out of money so they will not be taking any new patients. The PCIP provided the “needed security to some of our nation’s sickest people.” Started January 1, insurance companies are no longer allowed to refuse anyone because of poor health. Read more below.
Dominos Pizza Suing The Federal Government?!?!
Tom Monaghan, the founder of Domino’s Pizza is suing the United States Government over mandatory contraceptive coverage in the health care law. In the ObamaCare policy companies are responsible for providing contraception or abortions, Monaghan, who is Roman Catholic, offers health care insurance without contraception or abortion coverage to his employees and feels the government is encroaching on his rights as an employer to do which what he see’s fit. Walmart Cuts HealthCare For Over 1 Million workers
Walmart the worlds largest employer cut health care coverage for it’s employees who work under 30 hours a week. Over 1.4 million employees are expected to lose coverage and new employees will find it increasingly harder to be covered under Walmart’s health insurance new policy. Officials at Walmart feel that this is the proper business move for the time, basically they are shifting the masses of the their employees to ObamaCare. ObamaCare is an expansion of Medicare that covers people who don’t have health insurance and it is funded by the tax payers. ObamaCare Tax Penality Could Hit 6 Million Uninsured Americans!
