STEEZ Day 2016 Announced
In honor of the late Capital STEEZ, Pro Era has announced their second annual STEEZ Day concert. This year, they move the festivities over to the west coast – which is odd, considering they all hail from NYC. On Thursday, July 7, Pro Era (Joey Bada$$, Nyck Caution, CJ Fly and Kirk Knight) as well as the A$AP Mob, Danny Brown, Raury and more will take over The Novo in Los Angeles, with proceeds going to benefit Steez’s family. Series #1 gave the world a little taste of what RapFest is about, but everyone was still left guessing as to what’s to come from these new impressive series of ciphers. Today, The RapFest returns with the much anticipated follow up episode featuring Gunplay of Maybach Music Group, Connecticut’s own Chris Webby and UpNext Artist Nyck Caution fresh out of Brooklyn. Florida’s Audio Jones gets his time to shine as he provides the production backdrop for Series #2. The three emcees do work on Audio Jones’ beat and prove that they have what it takes.
