Alexa Noel “Michel Bechard approached uniformed division officers at the White House and he proceeded to get fully undressed,” George Ogilvie, spokesman for the Secret Service told CNN. Police have arrested Mr. Bechard in front of the White House after he reportedly got naked and tried to hop the fence at about 3 p.m. this afternoon. Seconds after, the man was tackled by Secret Service agents and police officers. Bechard was arrested and was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries, according to Ogilvie.
