Another tragedy happens! The number may not be too accurate, but it’s believed that any where from 8-10 people are stuck under the debris of a building that collapsed in North Philly. The address is said to be 22 South 22nd Street on the southeast corner of 22nd and Market streets. Police, fire fighters, and even K-9 are searching the rubble for victims. Some people have been seen taken out on stretchers. It looks as if there was construction going on near-by, which is why this may have occurred.
