Ever since the fatal car accident that went down on Saturday in New Jersey leaving comedian Tracy Morgan in critical condition, the news has been over-loading with stories on the incident. Kevin Roper, the truck driver who’s being held responsible for the whole ordeal, has been speaking out via his Twitter account. “I wish it was me and I can’t express how horrible I feel,” he says. He also went on to explain how if a celebrity was NOT involved in this accident, he would not be getting charged for anything. “[I’m being blamed] because a famous person was involved.” He wrote, “I was never charged at the scene of the accident because once again I was not guilty of any crime. Not until all the TV cameras came.” Roper also denied ALL allegations implying he was drunk and high or that he was up straight for 24+ hours. He concluded his Twitter rant saying, So yes i am now most likely f****d because i had an unfortunate ACCIDENT with the wrong car that night.” He was charged with death by auto and will most likely be looking at a decent amount of jail time.

Man Killed After Defending Woman From Attack In NJ
Killed for doing the right thing. A Man in Jersey City, NJ was killed last week after he defended a woman getting attacked by a drunk man in front of a deli. 25 year old, Darren Tallington, was shot after he defended a woman that was hit with a beer bottle by a drunk man.
