Chris Brown and neighbors just don’t get along. The singer, his girlfriend Karrueche and his team headed out to Hawaii last week for a vacation (mixed in with a little work), and the owner of the amazing mansion he rented was called on the very first night after people nearby complained his party was too loud. Luckily the landlord let him stay, and Team Breezy got to enjoy the 5,100 square feet Honolulu pad for the rest of the week, equipped with a pool and spa for a cool $2450 per night. He fought the law…and the law one. Chris Brown’s neighbors have been complaining about the graffiti adorning the outside of his L.A. home since earlier this year, and succeeded in getting the city to file a complaint against him. Chris fired right back, however, saying it’s protected by the 1st Amendment and if it bothers someone that much, they should just look away. Looks like his argument didn’t hold very well in the courts though, as today workers were spotted painting over the singer’s artwork. Guess it wasn’t worth the fight!

8-Year Old Girl Has Been Stealing Delivered Packages From Neighbors
When Tiffany Baggs and Tim Lebeda realized that their delivery packages were being stolen they didn’t expect it to be an eight year old committing the crime. Other neighbors (whose things were also taken) were convinced that the culprit was a teenager, because of the time of day that packages would turn up missing.
