Mani Chulpayev, a known Russian mobster, was arrested along with two of the other four suspects for the assassination of rapper Lil Phat. Chulpayev is the one who orderd the hit, to silence Lil Phat who had leased a few stolen cars from the Russian criminal. Chulpayev was already being investigated for bum car deals, and when Lil Phat’s car turned out to be stolen, he didn’t hesitate to say where he got it from. It must have just gotten too hot for Chulpayev who mysteriously has the same lawyer as deceased rapper Lil Phat. Chulpayev’s lawyer says “he grieved when he found out that was killed” and that Mani has an alibi. Mani was a known member of the Russian Mafia Family, The Brooklyn Brigade, it seems like this guy hasn’t changed. Check the video down bellow.

A few weeks back, rapper Lil Phat of Webbie’s Trill Ent. imprint was unfortunately gunned down outside of an Atlanta hospital. Phat’s family and friends paid tribute to the upcoming rapper over the weekend at his funeral services, and Webbie stood up to give quite an interesting eulogy. Rapper From Webbie’s Camp Killed After Multiple Gun Shot Wounds
Southern rapper Lil Phat from Webbie and Boosie’s Trill Ent. imprint was shot and killed while in his car visiting an Atlanta hospital late last night. He was outside the Labor and Delivery wing of the hospital so as devastating as it already is, I truly hope he wasn’t there because he had a little one on the way.
