Almost 2 years ago to the day, Miguel‘s Billboard Music Awards performance ended in infamy when he accidentally drop-kicked an audience member, and the inevitable lawsuit has finally arrived. Cindy Tsai was allegedly injured in the melee, and in her recently-filed lawsuit, says Miguel landed on her head, causing it to hit the stage hard. She is suing the singer and the MGM Grand Hotel for negligence, and is seeking damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. There was another woman who was also injured in the incident and considered suing, but she never did. Wonder if this will inspire her to, however…

Billy Spears, Department of Public Safety Trooper, took a photo with Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion while he was working off-duty security at SXSW in Texas. Snoop posted the picture on his Instagram with the caption “Me and my deputy dogg” and Spears boss went out of his way to make sure he was disciplined for the photo. Well, on Wednesday, April 29th, Spears filed a civil lawsuit for unspecified damages and a trail by jury.
