Rick Ross Sued By Woman For “Body Disfigurement”
When it rains, it pours. As he remains on probation and awaits trial in his recent kidnapping case, Rick Ross AND his mother are now facing a lawsuit from a woman named Norbert Martins, who claims she suffered “body disfigurement” while in Ross’ Florida home back in 2011. In her suit, Martins says she was invited to the house in December of 2011, and tripped over iron yard enclosure hardware and its attachments – things, she says, should not have been at ground level, and that guests should have been warned about because they were. She claims that the trip caused her bodily injuries and disfigurement, and cost her expenses for hospitalization, medical, nursing and treatment costs, as well as the loss of ability to earn income, and is suing for $15,000.
