Well, now her ain’t ish pastor has filed a $10 million lawsuit against her, saying he is “experiencing emotional and mental distress,” because she didn’t fufill her end of their “verbal contract” to spend $1.5 million to purchase land to build a retreat facility. “Because of the emotional distress and mental stress, they put me through, I had to start taking more medicine for anxiety and depression due to this situation,” says Pastor Kevin Matthews.

NFL: Lawsuit Against University of Tennessee Alleges Peyton Manning Put His Genitals on Female Trainer’s Face

There’s speculation that Peyton Manning may be retiring, going out on top with a Super Bowl victory.  Well it’s not exactly a storybook ending with this new lawsuit and other information coming out.  Manning is among the athletes cited in a lawsuit filed by a group of women alleging that the University of Tennessee has violated Title IX regulations and created a “hostile sexual environment” through a policy of indifference toward assaults by student-athletes.

Chris Brown Slammed With Lawsuit Over Alleged Las Vegas Attack

In case you missed it, at the top of the year Chris Brown was accused by crazy lady, Liziane Gutierrez, of punching her in the face and kicking her out of a Las Vegas party. Breezy and Gutierrez went at it via social media; him calling her an “old bitch” and her telling him to be a better person  in  a video with no sign of injury. Now, Gutierrez is taking further legal action and has just filed a lawsuit against, Chris Brown in Clark County, Nevada. She claims (again), that someone in Breezy’s camp or possibly Chris himself, hit her in the “face and/or arm and/or hands.” She also claims they took her phone. Vegas police previously investigated Gutierrez’s claim and said that there just wasn’t enough evidence and decided to completely drop the case, so there’s a pretty good chance the lawsuit will get thrown out the same way. Guiterrez has proven to be a groupie, looking for a hand out in the past, as she’s the same woman who caused drama for Jason Derulo when he didn’t allow her to get into his party bus after the club back in August.

(Photo) Wu-Tang Clan Fan Sues Martin Shkreli And RZA For Art Work Sold With “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin”

Die hard Wu-Tang Clan fan Jason Koza has slammed Martin Shkreli and RZA with a lawsuit after his artwork landed in the $2 million one-of-a-kind album, “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.” Koza claims he entered nine of his hand drawn portraits the Wu-Tang members to be posted on a site called Wu Disciples. He was delighted when Wu-Tang’s producer Cilvaringz contacted him back in 2014 to say he was working on the “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin” record. Koza claims following that conversation he never heard from anyone in Wu-Tang’s camp again, but was disturbed to find out that the rare album included a leather-bound book with copies of his drawings. Following the sale of the album, where Martin Shkreli picked it up for $2 million, three of his original drawings wound up in a January article of Vice. Koza feels like he’s been jerked around and now is looking for Shkreli, RZA and Cilvaringz to pay up. Click the gallery for photos
