Black Model Suing Donald Trump Claims Modeling Agency Treated Her Like A ‘Slave’
Donald Trump has been slammed with a lawsuit by a former model of his Trump Model Management. According to recent reports by ABC News, 21 year-old Alexia Palmer, is suing the company for $225,000 on claims of racketeering, breach of contract, mail fraud, and violating wage laws for immigrants. The model was discovered at a talent show by a local agency in Jamaica. The lawsuit claims, Trump’s company violated immigration laws by issuing her tan H-1B work visa and never followed through on the wages she was promised. Palmer claims over the course of three years working for the agency she made a total of $4,985 despite, being promised a $75,000 annual income and then was hit with a $4,000 administrative fee on top of a 20 percent deduction for management fees. She was also required to pay of her own walking lessons and dermatology appointments. Palmer told ABC News Thursday, “That’s what slavery people do.” Read more below.

(Video) Akon Shares His Opinion On The Kesha Vs. Dr. Luke Lawsuit
As we’ve previously reported, Kesha has been in court fighting to get out of her recording contract with producer Dr. Luke. According to her claim that Dr. Luke abused and raped her over the course of ten years. A little over two weeks ago a judge ruled in Luke’s favor saying Kesha can just work with other producers without being let go of her contract, however following the ruling SONY came forth with a statement saying Kesha’s contract lies with Dr. Luke. This legal battle is getting messier by the day, however Akon shared his opinion on the situation which seems to be the best idea so far. TMZ caught up with the Konvict Muzik CEO at the airport and asked him what he thought about the Dr. Luke and Kesha situation. Akon revealed that he’s a friend of Luke and could not believe the accusations against him, although he did say “you really can never know.” But came up with a simple solution for all parties involved.
