Kesha went to court today to try and get out of her recording contract. The star claims that she was drugged and raped by producer Dr.Luke. Unfortunalty, things did not work out for Kesha as the judge denied her request.

She’s back! Pop-star Ke$ha finished her short stint in rehab for her eating disorder and has arrived home. She was spotted arriving at LAX in an “Ima survivor” sweatshirt. Aside from joining the real world, she also changed her Twitter name just before sending out a tweet saying, “Happy to be back!
