Kanye West Repays Hotel Staff With Free Watch The Throne Tickets!
Back when Jay-Z and Kanye West were recording Watch The Throne, they rented out hotel floors instead of recording in professional studios. One of the hotels that they rented out was the Mercer Hotel in New York City. To thank the staff for their hospitality to himself and Hov, Kanye invited the entire staff to the Watch The Throne tour when it was at the Izod Center in New Jersey last weekend and they weren’t nosebleed seats either! Weezy, YMCMB, DJ Khaled, and Ricky Rozay were just some of the celebs that hit the MTV2 “Sucker Free Awards” last night in Miami. Lil Twist and Tyga took to the stage before Wayne and Birdman performed Birdman’s hit “Y.U. Mad.” Jay-Z and Kanye West, Odd Future, Drake, Nicki Minaj, and J. Cole are all among the nominees.
