Prosecturs have rejected James Holmes’ plea deal, and plan to seek the death penalty for the Dark Knight shooter. “It is my determination and my intention that in this case for James Eagan Holmes, justice is death,” Arapahoe County District Attorney George Brauchler said in a statement. Holmes’ attorneys are expected to argue that he was legally insane at the time of the shooting and therefore shouldn’t be sentenced to death. “Dark Knight” Shooter James Holmes Enters A Not Guilty Plea
A plea has been entered in the case of Dark Knight shooter James Holmes, but he didn’t do it himself. A judge entered his “not guilty” plea for him, despite the fact that his lawyers said they needed more time to respond to the charges that he murdered 12 people and tried to kill 70 others. This leaves room for Holmes to change his plea later to not guilty by reason of insanity. We’ll find out on April 1st whether or not prosecutors will seek the death penalty, with the trial scheduled to start August 5th.

Movie Theater Where “Dark Knight” Shooting Took Place Is Set To Reopen Today
The movie theatre that went down in history afrer James Holmes tragically killed numerous people at the midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises last July will be reopening tonight under a new name. It will kick off with a private ceremony for victims, first responders and officials. It has changed the name from Aurora’s Century 16 to Century Auruora, and tomorrow will open to the public for the night, and then permanently on January 25th. Do you think they should reopen? Woman Is Completely In Love With James Holmes?!?
I am sure you are well aware of who James Holmes is, the man responsible for the Aurora,CO shooting, has fans. That’s already absolutely hard to believe, but it’s true. Now a woman has come forth to admit that looking at a pic of his face makes her feel at ease. Misty Benjamin has showed up to his hearings with her dyed an orange color like he wore the day of the shooting. According to reports she loves him and believes he is not a bad man only what he did is bad. I truly wonder how healthy her mind is, since she claims to be in love him although many hate her for saying so and she has not ever met him. Steph B
