SMH: Meek Mill’s P.O. Reportedly “Obsessed” With Having Celeb Client…PLUS, They Have Beef From Back In The Day!

We all know Meek Mill has been having quite the struggle with his probation, which stems all the way back to an incident from 2009. He’s gone back to jail once over it and is looking at a second time in the near future, and sources close to the situation are saying it’s because his probation officer is “obsessed” with the fact that she has a celebrity client! “She keeps showing up to his community service, which is not common,” a source told PageSix. “She has 122 other cases, but she has it out for him. Probation is supposed to be a rehabilitative thing, but she will do anything to keep him on probation.” It gets worse, though. Apparently the pair have a history dating back before her job and his fame, yet she won’t acknowledge personally knowing the rapper before taking his case.

Back in April, Atlanta rap trio Migos found themselves behind bars after being arrested prior to a performance at Georgia Southern University. Police searched their vehicles and found marijuana, lean, and firearms. Later that month two of the three rappers, Quavo and Takeoff, were released on bond, however, Offset was held and additionally charged with battery and inciting a riot for an incident that happened while he was inside the jail. Offset was finally released on December 4th, after he agreed to plead guilty for creating a riot in a penal institution in exchange for all other charges to be dropped. In his first interview since being release, Offset said, “If I didn’t take the plea, then it wouldn’t be handled and I would be sitting in jail right now.” He also revealed to WSBTV on in accordance with the plea he was sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and is banned from four counties in Georgia. Apparently, Bobby Shmurda’s Bail Wasn’t Denied – His Team Withdrew The Request!

Last week, we reported that Bobby Shmurda‘s “bulletproof” bail application had been denied a sixth time, but apparently, that wasn’t the entire story! Bossip reveals that a judge didn’t actually have the chance to deny it, as Bobby‘s lawyer requested that the bail application be retracted. The reason is not known, as it was off the record and not available in the court documents. “Yes your honor, we are not moving forward with the surety hearing at this time,” Bobby‘s lawyer, Alex Spiro, is quoted as telling the judge. In the meantime, the judge changed his bail conditions, and he can now only use cash or a surety bond to go free.


Migos’ Offset Is Demanding His Release

Offset has been behind bars since he and his entire Migos crew got locked up in the spring, and though the rest got out, he’s remained because of a previous record. He continues to try to make a case to demand his release, saying prosecutors’ “evidence” he caused a fight in jail just doesn’t add up. In recently-filed documents, Offset says video footage from inside the jail shows no clear image of him, and only lasts for 20 seconds. He says that even if it were him, how could a “riot” only last 20 seconds? He will appear in a bail hearing today, making for his fourth attempt to be released.


Bobby Shmurda Will Remain Behind Bars….Judge Denies Attempt To Post Bond

Thursday, Bobby Shmurda and his team of lawyers stood before a New York City judge and attempted to post the $2 million bond, that has had him behind bars for almost a year now. Locked up on charges of conspiracy to commit murder, Shmurda, his lawyers and family were certain they had everything in order to post bond and have the rapper home for the holidays, however the judge wasn’t having it and denied the bond. According to TMZ, the bail arrangement has now been changed and Bobby’s camp will have to come up with a new plan. He is scheduled for another court date next month. Hopefully, his lawyers can come up with something in time for the New Year.
