According to Chris Brown’s accuser, when he pulled a gun out on her he was on some type of drugs. Brown was later arrested after a stand-off with police. While in jail, he was tested for drugs.
One Of Kodak Black’s Other 2 Warrants Is For Sexual Battery
Remember how Kodak Black was supposed to be released from prison last week, but then police discovered two more warrants while they were processing his release? Well, one of those is for misdemeanor weed charges in Florida, which shouldn’t be much…but it turns out that the other one is for sexual battery. Yikes! The Florence County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed to XXL that the charge stems from an incident at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina on or about February 7, 2016.
Freddie Gibbs Released On Bail; Maintains His Innocence
After being formally charged with sexual assault yesterday, Freddie Gibbs has been released on bail from an Austrian jail. His lawyers have released a lengthy statement on the matter, which you can read below. If you don’t care to read it all, it basically explains that while he was charged, nothing new has come out in the case, and it still remains merely based on the accuser’s word. As per Austrian law, Freddie has not yet been able to provide ANY of the evidence he reportedly has that will prove he is completely innocent, as he continues to maintain. What a screwed up system, huh? This has been going on for over two months now!
