He’s watched some of Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Kareem Adbul-Jabbar’s greatest games on ESPN Classic, he’s studied Wilt Chamberlain and Moses Malone’s statistics and he was awe-struck the first time he met and had a conversation with Bill Russell.

I guess I just would have LOVED this as a kid (shooot, who am I kidding – I’d love it now, Lol)! After he and the Miami Heatfinished off a 101-98 win over the New Jersey Nets at the Prudential Center, LeBron found himself face to face with a young fan out on the court.  This wasn’t just any young fan, though.

MVP!” James scored Miami’s final 17 points in a furious one-man rally, finishing with 37 as the Heat pulled out a 101-98 victory over the Nets on Monday night. Jay-Z & Beyonce were at the Knicks/Heat Game Sunday and now they came out again to watch Hov’s Nets. This time they brought along their nephew Daniel Julez Smith. Also in the crowd was Victor Cruz, Justin Tuck and Antrel Rolle of the New York Giants, D’Brickashaw Ferguson of the New York Jets, and soccer star Thierry Henry. Check some of the pics…

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl LeBron James had 29 points and 10 rebounds, Dwyane Wade added 28 points and nine boards, and the Heat overcame Carmelo Anthony’s 42 points to beat the New York Knicks 93-85 on Sunday to clinch the Southeast Division title. NBA: Dwyane Wade Says He Does NOT Want To Be Paid To Go To The Olympics
Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl Heat guard Dwyane Wade says money is not his motivation for the London Games this summer. In a statement Thursday, Wade said, “I do not want to be paid to go to the Olympics.” Wade was quoted Wednesday saying he thinks “guys should be compensated” for playing over the summer and noted the schedule demands of being an Olympian.
