Chris Brown and Nia Guzman head to court today to begin their custody battle, and among other things, Breezy is going to ask the court to put a gag order on Royalty’s mama! TMZ reports the singer has filed docs for an injunction blocking Nia from bashing him to news media AND on social media, as we’ve seen her very public comments already. Aside from the gag order, the issue of custody and monthly child support will also be on the table. “It’s gonna get nasty,” a source said. Yikes!
Ferguson Grand Juror Files A Lawsuit Against St. Louis County Prosecutor To Lift Lifetime Gag Order
In November, St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch announced that a grand jury had decided not to indict Missouri police officer, Darren Wilson. Now one of those grand jurors, known as Grand Juror Doe, has filed a lawsuit against McCulloch, requesting that the state lift the lifetime gag order. More details after the jump.

As previously reported, Ludacris stepped out on his longtime girlfriend Eudoxie (they were reportedly “on a break” — sure!) and fathered a child with a woman by the name of Tamika Fuller. As the pair hit the courtroom for the customary child support battle, documents with details are starting to leak to the public, and they are full of some interesting tidbits! In docs filed from Luda’s end back in September, the famous rapper pleaded with the judge to issue a gag order on Tamika because he is “a major celebrity of great notoriety,” and that it was essential because Tamika was attempting to extort him for a car and $7500 for lawyer fees, or else she’d go public. Clearly, the gag order never happened. LOL. No word on if Tamika got her car, though! Meanwhile…Eudoxie is sticking by her man!

Brooke Mueller is coming for Charlie Sheen’s throat! Last week, Charlie Sheen made an appearance on TMZ Live, and when it came down to his feelings about baby mother, Brooke Mueller, he held NOTHING back. “Whore, drug addict, and terrible parent,” are only a few descriptors Charlie used for mother of his twins boys. He states that every time the kids go visit their mother, they come back suffering from nightmares and more. Well, we all know lil miss Brooke isn’t taking the words too kindly! Her lawyers have taken it as far as subpoenaing TMZ and ordering them “to preserve the video and audio interviews,” that they did with Charlie. According to Brooke and her attorneys, when Charlie did that interview, he violated a gag order, so if he’d pay for it with jail time, that would work! But will it?
