He officially let his 3 closest friends, Lil Twist, Kevin Pederson (aka King Kevi) and a third who wants to remain anonymous, live at his Calabasas estate — rent free. They’re even allowed to use his cars anytime they want. King Kevi has already thrown at least 30 parties of different sizes, mostly consisting of females.
