Why you did that Ryan Hollins? Frustrated? Or did you just want to make sure someone mentioned your name associated with a basketball game? Either way this was a dirty a** play. To be real, Jeremy Lin, regardless if you like him or not, is the victim of alot of cheap shots this season. Seems quite a few players around the league are still salty with the attention Lin started to get last year with the Knicks. The old saying is, don’t hate the player, hate the game. And that couldn’t be more true with Lin. Don’t be mad cause he got some shine, go ahead and try to get your own. As far as why Hollins kicked him, seems it was mainly frustration. Lin was playing hard all over the court last night, and when some players are lazy they don’t like that. The kick was definitely not hard by any means, but it is still the point he took a cheap shot at Lin, and once he realized how bad it looked, tried to make it seem like he was helping him up in front of the ref!
