It all comes down to the law, and although Soulja may be innocent, he may get stuck with this charge. A few days ago, Soulja borrowed a car and ended up getting pulled over, police say the gun was in ‘plain view’, which technically would give them legal reason to search and detain someone. Soulja’s Manager says he borrowed the car from a neighbor, and had no idea the gun was in the car, which is more than reasonable.
