In the third quarter of the Memphis Grizzlies game against the New Orleans Pelicans, Tony Allen fouled Omer Asik. It was Allen’s third foul in the game and he was visibly upset and frustrated. He walked over to the sideline and slapped the cameraman; actually he slapped the camera and it hit the cameraman in his face since he was holding it up. Allen later apologized and the man, Bo Bradley said he was fine and it’s no big deal. Still the league handed down a fine to punish Allen for his behavior.
NBA: FOUR Wizard Players Suspended After Monday Night Brawl
Washington Wizards’ players, DeJuan Blair, Nene, Daniel Orton and Xavier Silas have each been suspended for leaving the bench during an altercation between Joakim Noah and Paul Pierce. 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick has been fined $11k by the NFL after he received an unsportsmanlike penalty for inappropriate language in Sunday’s game vs the Bears. He will appeal the fine because he says he didn’t say anything wrong. Every fan is wondering what he allegedly said. There was a lot of talk on Twitter that he used the N-word, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. A video has emerged — but unless you can read lips we may never know what he really said.
