I still don’t understand why Nicki Minaj is dressing like Lady GaGa but she continued to catch everyone’s attention when she was spotted front row at the Prabal Gurung 2012 runway show wearing leggings, a tutu, a hot pink pretzel necklace and a huge pink bow.
