Entertainer Katy Perry has been known for her wild hair colors throughout the years. However according to her, she plans on leaving her black locks in place for a long time. She recently revealed that the reason she won’t be dying her hair any time soon is because she’s “in mourning.” Perry explained to E! at the premiere of her new movie entitled Katy Perry: Prismatic World Tour which is set to premiere on March 28th at 8 p.m. on Epix at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles that, “It’s black [because] I’m in mourning because this tour is almost finished.” Wow, talk about dedication to her craft! She also went on to explain that she’s tired of such bright and vibbrant colors. “I think it’s time for me to have a nap, a little sleeping beauty for a second.” Take a look at some photos of Katy rocking her jet-black hair over in the gallery. Since her time in the mainstream, Nicki Minaj has become very well known for her love of colorful wigs. Never one to do the same style often, the Young Money raptress switches her ‘dos up quite frequently, from long blonde curls, to crazy pink afros, leopard print bobs and everything in between. But don’t think she does it because she doesn’t have good hair! In fact, what’s under there is just as long…if not longer (depending on the wig)…than the wig she’s wearing!
