The Golden State Warriors joined an illustrious club on Sunday night when they got a 92-86 win over the San Antonio Spurs. Not only did they end the Spurs home winning streak at 39 games, they also joined the 96′ Chicago Bulls as the only teams to win 72 games in one season. The Warriors have a chance to break that record and got encouragement to do so by a shocking former player, the GOAT himself, Michael Jordan.
The Golden State Warriors are still on a quest to beat the 96′ Chicago Bulls record of 72-10. They hit some bumps in the final stretch however, losing to the Boston Celtics and Minnesota Timberwolves.. According to Draymond Green, the Dubs are eager for the season to be over with.
Stephen Curry is arguably the best sharpshooter we’ve ever seen. Curry continued to show off his skills during the postgame interview after the Golden State Warriors got a 136-111 win over the Portland Trail Blazers.
Draymond Green had a bad start to his day yesterday. His alma mater, Michigan State, lost to Middle Tennessee State in what was one of the biggest upsets in NCAA tournament history. What made the sting even worse was the fact the Spartans were one of the heavy favorites to win it all. By the end of the day it wasn’t all bad for Draymond though. His Warriors defeated the Mavericks and he ended the night stuntin’ on Instagram, showing off his super rare OVO Retro 12’s that he was gifted from Drake himself.
Draymond Green reportedly went off on his teammates and even coach Steve Kerr during halftime of their game against OKC back on February 27th and it is still being talked about. The Warriors wound up winning that game thanks to Steph Curry’s heroics and are still winning games the way they have so apparently Green’s “blow up” is a thing of the past for the Warriors themselves. While the team has seemed to move on, members of the media are reporting behind the scenes things are still not all good, an opinion to which Green definitely does not agree with.
