Don’t mess with a mother and her son; especially someone who gave birth to a man nicknamed beast mode. Marshawn Lynch received the handoff in overtime of the Seattle Seahawks vs. St. Louis Rams game last Sunday and Lynch couldn’t get the 1 yard needed to keep the drive alive. That play of course led many people to think back to the infamous play during the Super Bowl where Russell Wilson decided to throw the ball rather then hand it to Lynch, which resulted in an interception and the Seahawks losing. Many assumed the Seahawks would’ve won the game had Lynch been given the ball and since he didn’t get it done in this game where he was given the ball, people began to criticize and debunk the prior thought. Well Marshawn’s mother Delisa Lynch wasn’t having it and went on a Facebook rant, criticizing the media and called Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell “the worst playcaller ever” and suggested he gave the ball to Lynch in a critical spot Sunday to make up for the interception that ended Super Bowl XLIX.
