Chief Keef & Lil Reese To Be Investigated In Lil Jojo’s Death

Late Tuesday night, teenaged Chicago rapper Lil Jojo was gunned down in his hometown. The fact he was in the middle of a heated beef with Chief Keef and his crew, all eyes were on them…and they didn’t make for a good case. In fact, Keef did just the opposite. “Niggas dry snitching #ShhhhhhhhBrickboyz,” he tweeted to his over 200k followers. The name of Jojo’s crew was the Brick Squad. He also threw in some “haha’s” for good measure, as well as the other tweets we showed you yesterday, basically mocking the situation. Now, their local paper is reporting both Keef and his crew member Lil Reese (who Jojo’s real beef was with) will be investigated by Chicago PD. They also reached out to Keef’s manager Rovan Manuel who naturally, maintains his artist’s innocence. He points out Keef’s age as a factor for his immature tweets. See what he had to say below. Chief Keef Threatens Lupe Fiasco Over Twitter; Lupe Isn’t Interested In The Beef

Another day, another Twitter beef. It shouldn’t be a surprise that it involves Chief Keef, an immature kid from the streets that is what we like to call “new money”. I’m assuming this stems from an interview that hit the web last week, with Lupe saying he’s not really into Keef’s music and is “scared” of what he represents. Or it’s possible Lupe spoke on the violence that went down in their hometown late last night, when teenaged rapper Lil Jojo was gunned down…someone who was in a pretty heated beef with Keef and his crew. Either way, Keef took to Twitter to call Lupe out a little while ago, but Lupe couldn’t be less interested in beefing with him. Makes sense. Check out their exchange below. Keef later tweeted he was hacked, but I don’t believe he’s referring to his shots at Lupe. He was a victim of the infamous “fake RT”, and it seems as though he just doesn’t get how those work. LOL. So Sad: Teenaged Chicago Rapper Shot & Killed…Was It Over Beef With Chief Keef’s Crew?!

Chicago’s music scene is on the rise right now, sparking the careers of so many but sadly, their murder rate is rising even faster. 16 year old Joseph “Lil Jojo” Coleman was an upcoming rapper from the Windy City, but he’ll never get to see his full potential. Jojo was shot and killed yesterday night, and the fact he had an ongoing beef with fellow Chicago rapper Lil Reese (a member of Chief Keef’s crew) has people raising their eyebrows. More details below. RIP, Lil Jojo! Marisa Mendez
