Earlier today Aaron Hernandez was arrested and then shortly after released from the Patriots. A press conference was just held and details were finally released. He has been charged with murder and five gun-related charges. He plead not guilty & will be held without bail. Odin Lloyd’s family was in the courtroom for Aaron Hernandez’s arraignment. The pain has yet to subside for the people close to Lil Snupe and the fans that loved him. Last week, it was reported that up-coming rapper Lil Snupe was found dead via two gun shots in a Winnfield, Lousiana apartment. The, “Nobody” talent had recently turned 18 and was well on his way when allegedly, Tony D. Holden killed him over a video game bet. A warrant was put out for the suspects arrest, but he was no where to be found, until yesterday morning. Holden turned himself into the police and was charged with one count of first-degree murder, armed robbery and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Too $hort Charged For DUI Incident!!
Earlier we reported that Too $hort was arrested for a DUI, yet even after trying to run away from the cops he managed to beat all felony charges. Unfortunately, Mr. $hort was hit with four misdemeanor charges by the L.A. City Attorney, two counts of DUI, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of Marijuana or an open container while driving. The hearing is set for April 15th, hopefully his legal team can save him. Too $hort maintains that the meth found in the back of his cruiser did not belong to him. Hit the jump for more.

A video of a man, who we now know as, Greg Horn beating his two daughters went VIRAL. After Horn had caught the two girls recoding themselves ‘twerking’ he took and extension cord and beat them both with it. Some thought it was good parenting, while others thought that it was cruel and unusual punishment. Horn has now been arrested and charged with child endangerment and corporal punishment. Apparently, the girls had visible wounds and welts, which encouraged the mother to call the police. While, this is something that may spark a serious debate, he’s a father and that’s how most fathers do it and have done it for years now. I don’t agree with his weapon of choice, but at the ages of 12 and 14, if you know how to twerk, that’s already a problem. Do I think this is something that he should go to jail for, NO.
