The League’s Steve Rannazzisi Admits He Lied About Escaping 9/11 Attack
FX’s hit show The League is going into its seventh and final season – and it’s lucky there are, as the people might have gotten their star the F out of here for his new revelation. Taking to Twitter today, Steve Rannazzisi admitted the story he’s long told about escaping the 9/11 attacks while working for Merrill Lynch on the 54th floor of the south tower in 2011 was completely fabricated. “I was in Manhattan, but working in a building in midtown,” Steve admitted. “I was not at the Trade Center on that day.”
Chris Brown Rep Responds To Claims He Blew Smoke In Face Of Flight Attendant
Earlier this week, US Weekly published a report that Chris Brown had been involved in an altercation on his private jet, alleging that on a recent flight, the singer blew smoke at the flight attendant and said, “I paid $60,000 for this jet, so I own it and everyone inside.” They also reported that Breezy said, “What is your old ass doing here anyway? I like to have the help be people I’d actually like to f*ck.” Now I know Chris has his fair share of problems and fights…but this sounds beyond fabricated. “I like to have the help be people I’d actually like to f*ck”??? Yeah right. Oh, and can we talk about how the mag referred to him as “the “Run It!” rapper”? First of all he’s not a rapper by any means, and second of all – like he hasn’t had a way more relevant song since his 2005 debut? Chris’ rep has now released a statement regarding the matter, and of course their side of the story greatly differs.
YIKES! Ciara’s First Week Sales Projections Aren’t Looking Too Good At All!
Looking ahead to next week, it doesn’t seem like Ciara is going to fare very well…as HDD projects the singer’s new album Jackie to do only 19-22k (21-24k SPS) in the first week. Ouch. In comparison, the singer’s last album in 2013 did 59k and debuted at number 2, fueled by the success of “Body Party.” Hopefully she’ll still get a top 10 debut at least? She probably isn’t tripping too much, though. She has a beautiful baby boy, a budding new relationship with someone who seems to be a pretty great guy, and she is KILLING it on the road! Animal activists have quite the interesting history with Kim Kardashian, having questioned her mothering skills, slammed her on a billboard and even bombed her with flour on the red carpet (causing sister Khloe to cut all ties with PETA,) and they came for the reality star once again yesterday during her Selfish book signing in New York City. Luckily security was there to get them up out the paint ASAP, and this one didn’t end nearly as messy as incidents in the past. Still made for an amusing clip though! Check it out below.
