Bruce Jenner is catching some serious heat after he decided to come out as a woman and introduce his “real identity” to the world. However, leave it to media personality Wendy Williams to cross the line and get disrespectful in the nicest way possible. She went from bashing Bruce by referring to him as a “fame whore” to calling him “brave” for coming out about his transition. After giving him a compliment, she then went on to bash his life over his plastic surgery, saying he “has a face full of botox that can hardly move.” Not like we’re surprised, but Wendy should really give Bruce a break. Guess Which Transgender Celebrity Bruce Jenner Goes To For Advice On His Transition?!
Coming out as transgender is always difficult, whether you’re a celebrity or not. However for Bruce Jenner, being that he is SO famous and constantly in the spotlight, it is making his process 100x more difficult. Luckily for Bruce, he has a fellow transgender celebrity friend who has been helping him with the process. Orange Is The New Black‘s own Laverne Cox reveals that Bruce has been confiding in her and seeking advice on the whole process. Bruce reached out to Cox prior to his big interview with Diane Sawyer just to talk about what he’s going through. Cox says, “I had spoken to Bruce several months back. The same person who I spoke to on the phone, who really just loves their children so much and wants their family to be happy was the person I saw on television last night.” She then went on to say, “I told Bruce, ‘This is like another gold medal.’ He said, ‘This is better than a gold medal.’”

Bruce Jenner’s transition has come as a surprise to most – can’t say that I was shocked – and for his children and step-children, there is still going to be an “adjustment period,” Kim Kardashian admits. During his Friday evening interview with Diane Sawyer, Jenner’s kids hit up social media to confess how “proud” they were that he could be so brave with his story. Even Kim went on the TODAY Show Monday morning, to state her feelings on the topic. “I’m really happy for him that he is living his life the way he wants to live it,” she told TODAY’s Matt Lauer. “And that he has found inner peace and just pure happiness. That’s what life is about.”
