Let’s take a moment to step away from the Kim Kardashian drama and examine Kris Humphries basketball career because he’s actually quite good. Â The Brooklyn Nets lost big time during the NBA Draft trading away their top pick and not landing a coveted top-three pick. Â Now they may be without Kris Humphries also by their choosing. At his end-of-season press conference, Nets general manager Billy King said Brook Lopez was scheduled to meet with doctors this week, and would resume workouts if everything went well.  So, sure enough, when the first day of the Nets’ NBA Draft combine was completed yesterday at the team’s practice facility, Lopez was out on the court shooting jumpers.  Read more after the jump. The 31-year-old Andrei Kirilenko , who joined the Utah Jazz from CSKA as a raw talent in 2001, was unsure what to do when the July-December NBA lockout ended as many of the Euroleague’s imports from the world’s most popular league headed back across the Atlantic.  He decided to stay but will return for the 2012-13 season.  There were reports that Kirilenko would sign with the Toronto Raptors or the Brooklyn Nets but he says priority will be given to the Utah Jazz.  Read more after the jump. Jason Kidd is not among those in Dallas who think Deron Williams is automatically headed back home. The 39-year-old point guard told Dallas reporters that Brooklyn, Barclays Center and Mikhail Prokhorov cannot be easily dismissed when discussing D-Will’s future.
