J. Biebs is just out of control! During the altercation with his neighbor on Tuesday, he was acting so crazy that he had to be stopped (again) but his bodyguard. The neighbor says that supposedly Justin spit in his face then threatened to kill him. All because he was mad that Justin was driving his Ferrari at around 100 mph in the gated community. On top of spitting on the guy, he tried attacking him but he was stopped. SMH! What’s gotten in to Bieber?! Let us know what you think below!
