Over-night sensation Bobby Shmurda became famous off Vine with his “Hot N*gga” track that we all can’t stop shmoney dancing to. Within such a short period of time, he managed to have the hottest song out, collab with tons of big names in the industry AND get a record deal with Epic. During a recent sit-down with Jeff Staple, Bobby talks on the first song he ever wrote and even teaches Jeff how to shmoney dance. Check it out below!
Bobby Shmurda was busted smoking a blunt with two friends in a car double parked on a Brooklyn street when he was then arrested and carted off to jail. He believes that the police have a personal vendetta against him due to the fact he’s a young dude from BK who finally made something of himself. (However, I’m sure the fact he got busted back in June for a felony gun charge isn’t making the cops want to show wild amounts of love to the “Hot N*gga” rapper.) The Shmoney dancing animal then took to his IG page to post a video up of him basically saying it’s going to take a lot more than some “bum ass cops” to kill his sudden stardom. He then deleted it shortly after (hopefully his lawyer told him cut the sh*t.) Yeaaaaahhh, I’m sure that’ll go over great in court.
The Shmoney Dance is making it’s way to late night television. Bobby Shmurda is scheduled to perform, “Hot N***a” this Friday, Oct. 10 on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. This should be interesting – Jimmy Fallon and Mr. Shmoney.
Fabolous was headlining the heavily promoted event last night at NYC’s B.B. Kings Club and Grill last night in New York City. Fab kept it very Brooklyn during his performance bringing out Lil Kim, Red Cafe and newcomer Bobby Shmurda. Check out the performance below the jump.
Despite such an amazing array of hits, Roc Nation producer Jahlil Beats has gained extreme attention for the crafting of internet and industry sensation, Bobby Shmurda’s breakthrough track, “Hot N***a.” It was inevitable that REVOLT would catch up to the young veteran producer to discuss his thoughts about Shmurda and the track. Check the video out after the jump.
