Following their Bad Boy and Dip Set bomber jackets, amongst others, and perfect for the times, they’ve dropped their latest bomber paying homage to one of the greatest representations of kinship, The Black Panther Party. Started by college students, Dr. Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale to bring power to the people, the party was originally called the Black Panther Party For Self Defense. B.P.P.F.S.D. was dedicated to protection of the people and instituting community social programs. The Kinship Black Panther Bomber seeks to bring awareness to these pioneering concepts and pay tribute to these core fundamentals. Available as a varsity and leather jacket, the Kinship Black Panther Bomber features nine Black Panther-inspired patches, highlighting 1966 on the back—the year B.P.P.F.S.D. was founded. The lookbook features rapper Tek of Smif-n-Wessun and Boot Camp Clik and you can cop it now on Kinship’s site. Check out more pics of the coat in the gallery!
