After his much anticipated album The Life of Pablo was supposed to drop on Feb.11 following his Madison Square Garden unveiling of the album and Yeezy Season 3, Kanye than promised the album would drop yesterday and that never came to fruition either. ‘Ye’s updating fans now by pointing the finger at Chicago’s own Chance The Rapper, saying he really really wanted to finish a song called “Waves” to have on the album.
