After being shot not long after his release and having to be in a rehabilitation for quite some time. Good to see Beans back to his old self again and he seems more than excited to have Sold Out his Return of the Mack production.

Beanie Sigel Reportedly Home From The Hospital
UPDATE: Beanie Siegel, who was released from the hospital yesterday, will be spending the next 90 days in Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona, NJ. One day after his release, TMZ reports that the rapper had to have one of his lungs surgically removed due to fragments of the bullet fired into his stomach, lodged in the organ. Get well Beans.
