AT&T has been sending out text messages to those they consider to be among the top 5 percent of heaviest data users. These messages seem to only pertain to those still on the “unlimited†plan and warn them that they may be subjected to “reduced data speeds.†But the problem here is when the news anchor Shep Smith says they hook us and then they try to change on us, it’s like “crack.” It was a good example just wrong time to use it homie. Ok, don’t get to upset. It’s not that much money, AT&T is basically changing their upgrade fee from $18 to $36. Yes it is a 100% increase but it still isn’t all that bad. Tech Talk Mobile: Samsung Galaxy Note Now Available for Pre-order from AT&T and Best Buy
AT&T will begin to take pre-orders today for the Samsung Galaxy Note, the 5.3-inch phablet will be sold in carbon blue or ceramic white, and check in at $299 with a new agreement.  Orders are set to be delivered by Feb. 17, just a bit too late for Valentine’s Day.  Also scheduled to be in AT&T stores are a few accessories, notably a desktop docking station, a spare battery charger, and a flip cover case and pen holder.  Speaking of the flip cover, if you head into Best Buy and pre-order your Samsung Galaxy Note they will hook you up with one for free.  Everyone loves free. @Yungjohnnybravo @TatWZA
