Mani Chulpayev, a known Russian mobster, was arrested along with two of the other four suspects for the assassination of rapper Lil Phat. Chulpayev is the one who orderd the hit, to silence Lil Phat who had leased a few stolen cars from the Russian criminal. Chulpayev was already being investigated for bum car deals, and when Lil Phat’s car turned out to be stolen, he didn’t hesitate to say where he got it from. It must have just gotten too hot for Chulpayev who mysteriously has the same lawyer as deceased rapper Lil Phat. Chulpayev’s lawyer says “he grieved when he found out that was killed” and that Mani has an alibi. Mani was a known member of the Russian Mafia Family, The Brooklyn Brigade, it seems like this guy hasn’t changed. Check the video down bellow.
