Yesterday, the Los Angeles-based magazine shared a great piece on Tupac’s manager, Leila Steinberg, which detailed how she met the young rapper. This s**t pisses me off! While the NYPD’s “necessary stop-and-frisk” program has increased by 600%, they could be taking that time out to catch people that are actually breaking the law. This time their harassment has been caught on audio by a 17-year-old that looked “suspicious” said the officer that stopped him for the third time in about two blocks.
